The South African Social Security Body is the government agency in responsibility of administering social benefits to South Africans (SASSA).
Sassa administers grants and allowances for underprivileged groups in South African society. This includes grants for kids, seniors, and those with impairments. In the wake of the Covid-19 tragedy, SASSA is also in charge of presenting the R350 Award for outstanding crisis response.

How to Check a Sassa SRD Application’s Status
Applicants may check the status of their application below if they haven’t heard anything regarding their submitted application. Please adhere to the guidelines below.

Select “Click here to check online.”

Fill out the necessary information.

You should now be able to see the status of your R350 grant application.
