How Do I Submit a sassa R350 Grant Online Form 2024 Application?
Simple steps are involved in the process. Fill out the online form at Sassa SRD (srd.sassa.gov.za). Your username and password will then be sent to you through SMS. You must first confirm that all of the information is accurate in order to complete the form properly.
The Special Relief of Distress (SRD) award is now managed under the Social Assistance Act rather than the State of Catastrophe Act because we are no longer in a state of disaster. Therefore, how would SRD grant applications work currently in 2024?
In March 2024, the SRD award is scheduled to expire. Applications for the Sassa R350 award are made accessible to everyone interested each month.
To access or have your SRD grant application taken into consideration, an applicant must provide Sassa permission to verify their identification, place of residence, source of income, or social security benefits. Additionally, applicants must agree to the statement and consent.
Reapplications under the new Act are encouraged for current beneficiaries. Once you’ve reapplied, you won’t need to do so again.
Instead of submitting many applications on various platforms, applicants are advised to submit only one. You will be notified after the application has been correctly submitted.
Before the 15th of the month, Sassa must either accept or reject all SRD grant applications. After that, beneficiaries will get an SMS letting them know if they were approved or not.

Scroll down to the section titled ‘How do I apply for this SRD Grant?’ Click on the yellow bar that says ‘click here to apply online.’

Enter your mobile phone number.

Click the “send SMS” button.

Then enter the one-time pin sent to the number by Sassa.

Continue the application process by completing the steps specified by Sassa.
Kindly Note: The SRD R350 grant requires applicants to reconfirm / reapply for their grants at least once every three months.
