27 Feb – Disability Grant: Stanford Community Hall, Gansbaai Blompark Community Hall
13 March – Disability Grant: Mt Pleasant Moffat Hall and Gansbaai Blompark Community Hall

Keep in mind the following:

Older Persons’ Grants will start being paid out on February 3.

Disability Grants will start to be paid on February 4th.
-
The distribution of the other awards will start on Friday, February 5.

There will be no new grants awarded under the SASSA R350 program in February as it has not been renewed.

You will get both payments on February 3 or February 4 if you apply for multiple awards for older person or disability benefits and are successful.
SASSA on cards remaining valid after March 31, 2021

The South African Social Security Agency claims that unlike what has been alleged on social media, the SASSA-SAPO Card will not expire on March 31. (SASSA). These claims are false.

The SASSA Cards’ expiration date is March 31.

The cards must be changed even though there is no timeframe mentioned in the SA Reserve Bank report. More details about the new card will eventually be made available to the general public.

Customers of SASSA who are now paid through the South African Post Office (SAPO) are not compelled to switch to another payment option, but they are free to do so if they choose. After April, they will still be paid on their present SASSA-SAPO card.
