The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has advised the R350 grant beneficiaries to hold off on receiving their money until they get an SMS. If you haven’t gotten an SMS, your grant money isn’t yet ready to be picked up.
Customers are advised to wait for an SMS from SASSA before heading to Boxer or PicknPay to get money.

You must bring a valid form of identification and your real smartphone with you when you visit the store to pick up your grant. The Postal Service declared in a tweet.
If you’ve lost your cell phone or no longer have access to the phone you used to apply for the grant, you can contact Sassa customer support by calling 0800 601 011.
