Balancing hormones doesn’t always require medication. Simple lifestyle changes can have a profound effect:

  • Eat a balanced diet: Focus on whole foods, healthy fats, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates to support insulin and thyroid function.
  • Exercise regularly: Physical activity improves insulin sensitivity and reduces cortisol.
  • Get enough sleep: Aim for 7–9 hours per night to regulate ghrelin, leptin, and melatonin.
  • Manage stress: Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing to keep cortisol in check.
  • Consider medical support: If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare provider to test hormone levels (thyroid function, reproductive hormones, cortisol, etc.).
