5. You’ll receive a notification stating that your wallet is unlocked.

You have successfully unlocked your NSFAS wallet through your cell phone.

NOTE: You will need to have a MyNSFAS Account along with an NSFAS wallet before you can go through the process to unlock your NSFAS wallet.

How to unblock NSFAS Wallet Through Email:

Send an email to unlock@nsfas.org.za. Provide the following information in your email:

• Your ID Number and ID copy
• Your full name and surname

My Nsfas Otp 2024-2025: The NSFAS One Time Pin (OTP) is a Personal Identification Pin Number that you’ll get from NSFAS once to your cell phone number to confirm that you’re the real person logging in to accept the SOP or LAF. The LAF or SOP is the online loan agreement form that students who are approved for NSFAS funding must sign and it’s done electronically. 5. Click on Update Your Details
6. You’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) on your new cell phone number and email address
7. Enter the OTP number you received to unlock your account

Can I Save NSFAS OTP And Use It Later?

Yes, you can save the pin and use it later but remember it expires after 24 hours. After 24 hours, the number expires and you cannot use it. You should therefore remember to use it before it expires

Can I Request For NSFAS OTP Twice?

Yes, you can request an NSFAS One Time Pin twice if the previous one didn’t work, or never arrived. The OTP usually takes longer than it should. Sometimes it can take days or weeks. In such cases, try to use the same request method to request another OTP. Again, it may be that you couldn’t use the one sent to you in time and it expires. You can request another OTP in such instances.
