You’ll have to reset your NSFAS password when you forgot your MyNSFAS account password. When you try to login into your MyNSFAS account and enter the wrong password for 3 counts, your NSFAS account will be blocked.

My Nsfas Profile Does Not Exist 2024-2025: Are you trying to log into your MyNSFAS account and keep getting the notification that your NSFAS profile does not exist? Do you get the NSFAS account does not exist on your MyNSFAS account when you try to access your NSFAS account? If you are unable to log into your MyNSFAS account because it says your MyNSFAS profile does not exist, it means the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) is saying you should re-register your NSFAS account. Once you’ve re-registered your MyNSFAS, you’ll be able to log into your NSFAS Account. Follow the steps to re-register your account.

 

How To Re-Register Your NSFAS Account

Applicants are required to create an NSFAS account before they can apply for funding. Here are the simple steps to follow to create the account.

  • Log onto www.nsfas.org.za
  • Click on ‘register’
  • Complete the required fields (ID number, cellphone number and email address)
  • Upload a copy of your ID or birth certificate. If you are uploading a copy of a Smart-ID, please ensure that both sides are visible on the copy
  1. Type in first names (as per ID number)
  2. Type in Surname (as per ID number)
  3. Type in your ID number (will your username)
  4. Type in your own Email address
  5. Type in your own Cellphone number
  6. Accept terms and conditions Tick the box provided, to allow NSFAS to check the information provided (compulsory)
  7. Create a Password, To (protect your account)

ID numbers, Names and Surnames are validated against the Department of Home Affairs database. Only valid South African ID information will be accepted.

 

How To Login To Nsfas Account

You will need your MyNSFAS Email and password to check your status online. Now with your internet-connected smartphone or computer, Open your web browser.

  • Step 1: Visit the MyNSFAS student portal via-www nsfas.org.za
  • Step 2: Next, Enter your Email and Password in the field provided.
  • Step 3: Finally, click on the Sign-In button to access your application status
